While they are all of equal importance, we'll be shining the limelight on some of the fiercest leaders of the entertainment industry. The ones who simply ooze resilience, talent, integrity, grit, and heart.


Being the spearhead of the group may be a prestigious feat, but it also means that they have a bunch of extra responsibilities on their plates. They've gotta maintain their own image while looking out for the entire team as well.


These 5 K-Pop leaders are the alphas of their respective packs, and they guide them with both tenacity and grace. Let's follow the leader, shall we?

She can hit those high notes with the group and with her solo endeavors alike. Her breathtaking Latino-inspired performance in her latest solo track, "Spit It Out", was an amazing ode to speaking your mind. It's kind of like Solar, Moonbyul, Hwasa, and WheeIn are the cool girls, but you can totally sit with them.


3. JinJin of Astro

Being the main rapper, lead dancer, and leader of Astro, JinJin is a prolific artist of many talents. Alongside Eun Woo, Moonbin, Sanha, MJ, and Rocky, this captain sets sail in all the brightest directions. with another comeback on the horizon, we're looking forward to seeing what this captivating group has in store for AROHA. 4. Jennie of BLACKPINK

Fabulous plus feminine=Jennie Kim! Looking like a life-sized doll and sounding like a saccharine melody, Jennie spearheads BLACKPINK with passion and savage-ness. Jennie, Rose, Lisa, and Jisoo have constantly been making headlines with their chart-topping songs Moreover, they've sparked quite the online buzz when they launched their collaboration with Selena Gomez, titled "Ice Cream". Living up to the name, these girls definitely are colorful and sweet.


5. Irene of Red Velvet

29-year-old beauty and style icon, Irene, is an expert at standing out in a crowd. Always donning modish fashion-forward ensembles, we wouldn't mind raiding her closet for a day. This fashionista leads the glamorous quintet of music mavens like a true queen bee. No one can deny that Red Velvet's talent truly rises to the occasion during every single performance and song release. Hands down, one of the finest that female K-Pop has to offer.
